Mobile First Approachaims at start coding for mobile and then make CSS adjustments to look good for higher-width screens such as tablet, desktop and wide-screens.
Mobile First Approach is a Design Process which asks to design for smaller screens first and then add more features and content for bigger screens. The focus here is to capture the market share of users using 'Mobile Handsets' and then focus later on the users working on tablets and desktops. Finally comes wide-screens. This approach may also be termed as Progressive Enhancement.
We first care for mobile users and their experience. Later we add changes and more features for tablet and finally laptop/desktop users.
